A friend recommended Bear Creek Rug Care after water from a very heavy rainfall came through the wall and soaked my carpeting. Mark Baldwin came out quickly vacuumed up the water and got fans set up to dry the carpeting. After replacing the wet padding he shampooed the carpeting and it looked great. Mark was fast, friendly, efficient and reasonably priced. Planning on having him back to clean other carpeting and rugs in different rooms.

Mark came to my home, not only did he clean my furniture, area rugs, including spot treatments on a variety of stains and materials, but cleaned my tile floors also.
